Rod, Jo and their team are brilliant. They put on a course specifically for us as we were struggling to find anyone else in the area that would offer the + Forestry qualification. They are an amazing company and will be putting more members of our staff through with them when we need to.

Myself,my mother in law and my son took part in baby first aid through our baby group Lullababy South Somerset ran by Kelly. Rod was friendly and knowledgable relaxed. He made me feel at ease and made sure we both practiced the technique and showed me how to correct the breathing on cpr. My mother in law had been first aid trained a good few years back as part of a job but felt it was a very good class and was glad for the update and refresher . Highly recommend.

I attended a paediatric first aid session that Rod hosted, through Lullababy South Somerset. Rod was extremely good at what he does, very informative, knowledgable & relaxed. He made me feel at ease and in the group ensured we all were confident. He also ensured he saw us all practicing the techniques and supported us if we needed to make tweaks etc for it to be correct! Highly recommend.

Learned a lot from the course and liked the practical exercises (better to get it wrong on the dummy dog rather than my own!). Friendly atmosphere and well delivered.

Recently completed the 3 Day First Aid at Work course via the Blended route - first two days delivered via an online portal and the final practical session delivered by Rod at our premises. This offered me the flexibility to complete the course without three full days out of the office in one go, which makes a huge difference to our small company. Rod's knowledge and experience was clear to see and he made it an enjoyable session. The online portal was simple to navigate and clear to understand. The course offered excellent value for money overall. We will return to Lightning for all our future First Aid training requirements.
